Networking-Event in Frankfurt

Who finances the new workplace?

Budget, investment decisions and responsibilities between tenants and landlords

Westend Tower – Grüneburgweg 58, 60322 Frankfurt am Main

Modern workplaces have long been about more than design and space. They are closely linked to investment decisions, lease structures, fit-out costs, financing conditions and the long-term strategic viability of office properties.

For companies, the key question is how much change makes economic sense and which investments genuinely contribute to productivity, identification and space efficiency. For landlords and asset managers, the focus is on which measures help secure long-term marketability, what level of fit-out costs is financially viable and how tenant requirements can be aligned with capital market expectations and return targets.

At the Westend Tower in Frankfurt, we bring both perspectives together: tenants, landlords, asset managers and experts will discuss how modern workplaces can be financed, negotiated and delivered today.

Following the panel, there will be plenty of time for personal conversations, new perspectives and networking over food & drinks.

We would be delighted to welcome you to this evening.
