Modern office design in Canadian style

We had the privilege of providing comprehensive support to Canada Life for its Cologne location. The result was the creation of an impressive working environment.

We had the privilege of accompanying Canada Life on its journey from analysis to relocation to its modern office space. After conducting a thorough analysis of the existing space in terms of floor plan and building structure, we supported the company in its decision to move to the new premises.

The Canada Life workplace offers generous space for agile working, including meeting areas and quiet zones. In addition, some of the original furniture was creatively integrated into the new office environment in collaboration with the existing design agency.

Desksharing is successfully implemented across an area of 2,891 m² using a hybrid approach. The teams have been organized into “neighborhoods” for this purpose. This means that it is not the entire company that shares workspaces in an open-plan office, but rather individuals within their departments. This promotes collaboration and the flow of information within the team. At the same time, the available space is used as efficiently as possible when employees regularly work from home.
