coneon Design & Build Project

The complete redesign of approximately 5,500 m² of rental space within 15 months – that was the task assigned to coneon by an internationally active investment and asset manager.

Realizing the individual needs of ten different tenants across 20 floors in three buildings posed a challenge in terms of the available construction time.

Using the innovative Design & Build concept, in which we act as the sole point of contact for planning and construction services, we were able to keep the processes simple, fast, and agile from the initial consultation to the turnkey handover, including furnishing. This was the only way to deliver the required quality on time without straining the available budget.
