Complete furnishing of an agile working environment

Azelis is a leading European supplier of specialty chemicals. In search of a competent partner for designing an open and flexible working environment, the company contacted coneon GmbH. The aim of the project was to relocate from Moers to Ratingen. The focus was on creating an agile office space that would strengthen the sense of community and highlight Azelis Ratingen as an EMEA hotspot. A modern office space was to be created on the third floor and a meeting and event space with a large kitchen on the ground floor of the building. As the project had a fixed deadline, coneon started immediately with an initial kick-off meeting to discuss the objectives and set a timeline.

coneon supported the entire project with comprehensive change management. Coordination meetings with the change champions took place at regular intervals. This regular communication with the Azelis team contributed significantly to the project's complete success.
